Guaranteed the drive-thru nightshift is going to get your order wrong with cold and soggy fries and make you sit in drive-thru for 15 minutes with a small line. Hours state that dining room and drive thru is open at 630am. Went to the front door and it was locked at 9:10am knocked and no one came to the door.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service I received during my recent visit to the Royal Kunia location. Not only did my order get completely messed up, but the lack of attention to detail and disregard for my dietary restrictions was unacceptable.As someone who follows a strict KETO diet, I was appalled to find that my burger contained buns and my Diet Coke was actually regular Coke. This is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers' needs and preferences.Furthermore, the employees at the Royal Kunia location were unhelpful and unapologetic when I brought these issues to their attention. Their lack of concern for my situation only added to my already frustrating experience.
Walked in with my wife and there were several customers having dinner around 6pm. No line at counter. I have waited approximately 10 mins. 10 whole mins trying to be patient. Looked over to my wife who was seated and said let's leave. We left and will never return. I had a similar experience prior and said I wasn't going to return. But wanted to support the business and still....same bad service. There were no excuse for this lack of service. Beware all.
