Denny's - Food Court Bldg Hickam Afb

Delicious food, better than competitors. Unfortunately the service is quite slow, even with small traffic. As in similar restaurants, the air conditioning is always at freezing temperature.

It seems like there is not enough staff. Staff does not even realize that there are people waiting to be seated. One of our orders was served when we were almost done eating. Maybe they forgot, or maybe not enough kitchen help. The food was not like how we remember. It tasted bland this time, and the nachos is wateryOur waitress was great.

The Server was amazing, found hair in my food as they were placing the plate on the table. They quickily replaced it. However, we could hear the kitchen staff talking negative about us and made us feel uneasy. I left cash on table and an additional tip on my card. My total was 43 including 7 dollar tip and left a $6 dollar cash tip. I felt like I had to overcompesate because of the negative vibes. Sad but true.

Nadia always provides excellent service! She definitely makes dining here an absolute pleasure!!
