This place doesn 't stand out from the street and doesn 't have any flashy tourists come here signs. It 's a quiet open air fruit stand and smoothie place where you can get really fresh fruits and really tasty drinks. Out back is a cute very down to earth seating area to enjoy your purchases. Fresh juices and mini market , the man behind the counter is very kind and has concoctions for any and everything !
CASH ONLY I first learned about this open-air fruit stand during my Little Havana Food Cultural Tour. After the tour ended, I just had to get back here again before leaving Little Havana. This mom-and-pop shop has been family-run since 1963 and all fruits are always fresh nothing frozen.[Parking]: There 's a free outdoor parking lot via PayByPhone app location 45350) behind Maximo Gomez Domino Park 901 SW 15th Ave, Miami, FL 33135) until 6 PM just two blocks away.[Menu]: The stand serves fresh Batido smoothie from mangos, mameys, guanabanas, or coconuts. Here customers have an option to pick their own fruits at the stand, mix and match an array of fruits and veggies, and ask the staff to serve a custom batch from the bar. The star beverage is the Green Juice which is made with real sugarcane, apio celery), perejil parsley), and ginger. Juices are typically pressed by an abuela who has been doing this for 30+ years. The bar also serves Cuban coffee too. Other juices include Etiophia Juice sugar cane, avocado, guava), Argentino Juice mango, pina aka pineapple, aguacate aka avocado, menta aka mint), abuelo sugar cane, pineapple, and lemon), Coronaviros sugar cane, lemon, ginger, and honey), etc. Mango juice $5): It was the best mango juice I have ever had in my entire life and most likely the best juice I will ever have. I am so sad that I won 't be having this good of mango juice when I get back to Los Angeles. Absolutely a must-visit stop in Miami!
Rustic and locally managed fruit stand in the heart of Calle Ocho. They don't necessarily have tons of variety but they have what's in season and it's fresh! When we went, the place was filled with mangos, which makes sense since it's mango season. We had some delicious freshly made mango smoothies and enjoyed them in the patio area in the back.
Great place. I lot of history told by just looking at the decor. The drinks were very very good and freshly made right in front of you. Service was right on point.
Great place in little Havana to have fresh fruit. It 's about $4 for a fresh coconut that they chop cut in front of you. The particular one I had didn 't have that much meat in it, but it was somewhat sweet. They also have a ice cold sugar cane for $4. The can also make juice with any of the variety of fruit that they have in stock. The hours on google are wrong, so just call ahead to make sure they are open. I believe it was 7am-4pm. It 's also street parking only.
