Au Bon Pain - Fontainebleau

Bought wheat bread sandwich. The bread was full of mold. Not good for human consumption. Very dissatisfied.

Extraordinary slow service. The gals at the counter were standing around talking and laughing after we placed our order. Didn’t seem to care about providing us good service at all.

Good service. I always order the chicken salad and I recently ordered the salad with veggies (chickpeas,red onions and tomatoes etc) no complaints but I’ll switch the dressing next time. Other than that the salad are very filling and delicious ? I haven’t tried the bakery products yet.Dietary restrictions: Salads with veggies etc and they have these pies with spinach if you can’t eat meat.

I came here on October 11, 2023 and had a divine chicken Margherita sandwich, but I think what made the experience even better was the 5-Star customer service by Mr. Roque!! you are a rockstar in attention and quality service and deserve a promotion!!! I will be coming again! ??

Be very careful buying the cup of cut fruit. When I opened inside the airplane to eat, it was spoiled. That is horrible. I'm glad I smell it first and at touch was slimy. Almost $6.00. Shame on you.
