Among my favorite desserts there has always been the profiterole to the hazelnut of Ciaravolo. Unfortunately, however, yesterday I had a bad experience and I must admit that I did not expect so much rudeness. I decide to have breakfast at the bar, waiting for me, being a pastry shop, to find homemade croissants. Unfortunately, it is not. I find the same variety of frozen croissants in any bar. Nothing to say, there are good. But I don't expect it from a bakery. I still order a honeysuckle, usually finding it my pleasure. When I taste it, I find it very dry and I think I would like to change it because it's really unfailing. I tasted a lot of frozen honey croissants and I never found such a poor quality. I don't know why it was so dry and hard to bite, I can't know, it could have been cooked too much or too long. Anyway, I'll introduce him to the boy who kindly tells me: "There's no problem, I'll change it." I then take another croissant with jam and is very good. At the time of leaving a woman calls my partner and tells him these words: “The lady took a croissant and has to pay him, if she did not like the first is not our problem”. Unfortunately I wasn't there, but if I had been there, I would have paid anyway, but noting that the waiter proposed me as a great gentleman to change the croissant. I found this attitude of a great rudeness and rudeness towards customers. A bad business card. I'm sorry, but I'm not coming back.

Sitting at 9 am in the special space for the service at the tables in the square, we wait for 30 minutes the waiter, while being there only one table already served when inside they had 3 people behind the counter who laughed and joked I get up and go to order inside, I think that managing a bar is nothing but besides having excellent products it also takes the service otherwise better to change the job, I can understand in a moment of crowd but so it does not go!
