I was just here with some family. They were very slammed, which I know I have experience with. I didn’t get a chance to grab the girls name but there was a sweet young girl making the subs with her mom in the back doing some prep work for the following shift. One of my family members expressed that they were annoyed that the lady doing prep work couldn’t help make the subs. But those who are in the food service industry know that when you’re not on the clock you can’t wait on people. The girl was beyond sweet and presented herself well while being very clearly upset. Thank you guys
Paid in cash and the lady kept my $2 change. Just handed me the receipt and gave me a rude look. She was a good judge of character in that I'm too agreeable to say anything in the moment. But very unprofessional. I would have stuffed the change in the tip box they have anyway. No need to be rude and keep the change without even asking if it was a tip Food: 2
We have visited this Subway on two occasions since it reopened. If I had reviewed it after either of those visits, I would have given them 5 stars. Today, well, was quite a different story. My husband ordered two foot long subs-one on Italian and one Multigrain. Both were made on Italian. The sandwiches were sub par at best with no attention made by the server to get the veggies correct. Both were to have mayo, and neither one did. The chips selection was sorely lacking, the drink machine broken,and my husband wanted the foot long cookie and the server told him it would be 20 minutes for that. He declined. Seems like, same old, same old, pre closing. If we do go in again, and we see that server, we will turn around and leave. If you are trying to rebuild your business, she is the wrong choice to meet the public.
