When I got to the speaker to order, there were two cars ahead of me, and even after both had left with their orders, I wasn’t asked what I wanted. I always order a large chocolate Frosty, my favorite, but they didn't inform me they were out of chocolate and tried to pass off a vanilla as chocolate. The fries weren’t salted, and my burger was cold. It’s becoming clear why Wendy’s is struggling. Truly the worst experience ever!

Sometimes people come from the Palladio or don’t have a vehicle to use the drive-thru. Please consider reopening the dining room during regular business hours—I might update my review if you do. Thank you, and I appreciate what Wendy's has to offer.
