Roux 25 - Folsom

Roux 25 is a charming restaurant with top-notch food. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return. Katie, our server, provided excellent recommendations and detailed descriptions of the menu items. Although the menu is limited, the food quality is exceptional. The flavors were incredible and each bite was a delightful mix of complex tastes. The drinks were also excellent. We can't wait to go back and try the next menu.

Food ok but very expensive $8.5 for a soft drink and $7 for a glass of ice tea was ridiculous inside was very noisy. Hard to have conversation at table ac wasn’t cooling as it should have order to food on table 50 minutesNever again.for me suggest trying anywhere

It's a crime to have such an amazing restaurant tucked away in Folsom. Without a doubt, the best food on the north shore!

They should change the name to Rue 25 bar. We didn’t enjoy dining with 150 kids at the bar talking so loud that we couldn’t even hear each other speak at our table: Won’t be back!

I recently dined at this restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was some of the best I have ever had in Louisiana. However, the noise level was incredibly loud and made it difficult to have a conversation at the table. Adding some sound barrier ceiling clouds would help reduce the noise in the echoing dining room. Despite the noise, the service and food were exceptional. We would definitely come back (maybe with ear plugs next time). It would also be great to have kid-sized portions available, although my children enjoyed sharing our food. We had a charcuterie board, salad, lamb dish, pork chop dish, steak dish, and desserts.
