I was really frustrated with the person taking orders. He didn't hear me correctly and ended up checking the wrong order. The buns were completely burned and charred. Overall, it was a terrible experience, with both the food and service being very disappointing. I wouldn't even give it one star. View all feedback.
The employees that work here are Amazing and so is their Yummy food. Always cooked fresh for you and delicious! I highly recommend eating here you will love it.
Food was fresh, staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to grab a fresh, delicious burger, fries, and dessert.
Read entire review, No question it?s a good burgers BUT fries are the biggest ripoff I?ve ever experienced especially through Door Dash?s markup, $5.51 for a HALF Dixie cup of fries $7.67 for HALF small paper coffee cup and $10.07 for a 3/4- 12 Oz cup.The bag was sealed so it wasn?t Door Dash fault, has to be person building the order. Again I?ve given them 3 chances beforewriting a review same thing over an over.
Decent burgers, better fries and I love the peanuts but it comes at a cost premium. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. I know some folks have religion around a Five Guys burger; I?m not one of them they are decent and solid choicefor a burger in my book but a pricey choice for what it is. I love that they are customized from the ground up, so I don?t haveto figure out what to remove and hope the order and cooks get it right. The fries are awesome when fresh, but don?t travel well getting soggy at the bottom even on just a five minute ride.
I loved the food. I had a bacon cheeseburger andybwifebhad rh BLT, and we shared a delicious Oreo shake. Only thing is, 2 items and a shake (not even fries) was $30!! Inflation has obviously arrived at 5 guys. ????
