I placed an order online, but it was never prepared. When I arrived to pick it up, the restaurant was extremely busy and I didn't have time to wait despite waiting 30 minutes for the order. Unfortunately, they did not refund me, so I ended up losing $7.
Ever since the old management and employee's left, this location has been going downhill. The place used to be clean, but it's really not anymore. Food isn't fresh anymore( the cucumbers had a coating of slime). The employee's are friendly, but it's always someone new working so they don't really seem like they know what they are doing.
I will never eat there again. They have become very stingy with the amount of meat on their sandwiches and the staff was rude and unhelpful. I was also worried that the staff, who seemed to be drug addicts, might try to rob me. I am completely disgusted with the experience.
Like many other customers, I have a one hour lunch windows. After standing in line for 10 minutes, the girl working there informs everyone that there's a big online order she has to fill and everyone else may have a 30 minute wait. I realize that everywhere is short staffed, but to ask the in-store customers to wait behind every online order is absurd! About 5 customers just left, as well as telling everyone else pulling into the parking lot that there was a long wait. In their attempts to serve those who won't leave their house, they lost a lot of orders today of in-house customers. Plus, It wasted almost 1/2 of my lunch time with no service. I'll not go back there for lunch anytime in the foreseeable future. I'm sure a many of the others feel the same way.
