I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Papa Murphy's. Over the past twenty years, I've seen a noticeable drop in customer service, shifting from a time when staff genuinely cared about customers to a much more indifferent attitude today. I remember when businesses valued kindness and respect in their interactions. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I believe Papa Murphy's could have made an effort to find a solution and treated my mother with the respect she deserves. I am highly dissatisfied with your standards and ethics, and I hope others consider our experience before choosing to support your business.
I’ve never had an issue with this Papa Murphy’s before, but this time was disappointing. When I called to place an order for several pizzas, I had to keep repeating my choices, and as a result, the pizzas were incorrect. When we called the store to address the problem, they refused to take responsibility and blamed us instead. With $80 spent, you’d expect them to make it right, but they didn’t. I won’t be spending my money there anymore.
The pizza was quite tasty until I discovered a long black hair stretching across the whole pizza. They definitely need to use hairnets.

2 times in a row got there during business hours and there closed.if the sign says open till 8pm and a customer gets there at 7:58pm your open, you close and lock up at 8 not 7:59
