The restaurant was tidy, and our mobile order was prepared right on schedule. The food was tasty, but being a fast food chain, most KFC locations provide a similar experience.
I had an incredibly positive experience with the customer service from the night manager, Maurice. When I faced a minor issue with my order, I reached out to him, and he was very understanding. He took the time to remake my order, and his kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. I'm really happy that we live nearby this location!
Ordered a 16-piece meal but it was missing a side, and they didn't include any biscuits. The teenager working was rude and claimed they had no white meat at 9:10 PM. Tried calling but got no answer. The chicken was tough and stale. The woman at the drive-thru was also rude. We definitely won’t be returning. A terrible waste of $50!
Terrible experience— they never have any thighs. I’m here again and still no thighs available. I called ahead and then asked for wings. The first person said they had 21, then put me on hold. A man came back to help, and when I asked for 8 wings, he said they didn’t have any. I told him what the other person said, and he just said okay. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order and ended up waiting 10 minutes.
