Although it wasn't busy during our visit, the service was a bit slow. We discovered that Wednesday is free pie day, but unfortunately, the pie slices were served frozen. Seriously, they should thaw the pies ahead of time on free pie day!

That wasn’t a problem because they were waiting on the truck, but we waited on our food almost an hour and when it got to us it was cold. Even though our waiter told us the wait was longer because of the ribs, they were cold as well. While we were there the truck did come with the fries and that’s about the only thing my children ate. Don’t know what’s going on, but I hope they get it together.

Our waiter was Jay.Jay let us know... read more The restaurant was empty when we went in. I ordered the chicken pineapple bowl, my husband ordered the Patti melt with fries. Our waiter was Jay.Jay let us know right away that he was having to do the take out orders as well as wait on us. He kept saying how hectic he felt.Our order came out after 40 minutes. Everything was cold as if it wasn't cooked.Or maybe pre-made but not warmed up.Won't be back

So there was a 2 hour wait to get into another place so we decided to go to O'Charleys, only a few... read more Sorry to share, but when it's bad you got to let people know! So there was a 2 hour wait to get into another place so we decided to go to O'Charleys, only a few customers in parking lot. From start to finish over 2 1/2 hours, started good at the beginning but unfortunately went down hill quickly. I should of just walked away but I didn't. Finally saw a manager at the very end and she offered me 10.00 off my next visit. Overall poor customer service experience I've seen in a long time!
