Hannah, the cook, is exceptional; she prepares delicious catfish and just about anything else you might want. I'm really glad they brought her on board because she's significantly improved the quality of the food. The gumbo is fantastic as well. Plus, the restaurant is clean, which is very important to me.

E... read more I waited about 20 minutes to place an order for a soda while another couple was ahead of me. Despite ringing the bell several times, no one came to assist us. Eventually, I went to the front desk to inquire about the delay. A young man came over to check on the situation, then returned to tell me that the female staff member had walked out and that the manager would come to take my order. When the manager finally arrived, he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience at all; he simply asked what I wanted to order. I was shocked that this was the manager, as he clearly lacked any customer service skills. After three games, our lane shut down, even though we had unlimited bowling. My boyfriend asked the same manager, who was playing on his phone, to turn it back on, but he didn’t follow through. We decided to play the arcade games instead, but again, the staff member there showed no customer service skills. This was our third visit to the bowling alley in Gulf Shores, and I hope we choose a different place next time!

The baked potato was a little cold, and the green beans could use a little seasoning (might have just been the day), but their service truly made up for that. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
