The popular Bigi Bag combo, which is supposed to include nuggets, does not come with them... read more First and foremost, the manager is unfriendly and quite authoritarian. The popular Bigi Bag combo, which is supposed to include nuggets, does not come with them. Asking for anything feels more like begging than making a purchase. The cheese sauce is too watery; it seems they add extra water to stretch it further, but in doing so, they're sacrificing the quality that these food chains used to be known for. The only person who is friendly is the girl at the cash register; the rest of the staff, including the manager, are very neglectful towards customers.

I noted that the kiosk indicated I should talk to a team member regarding rewards and offers, to which she curtly replied that seeing a team member would only lead to the same conclusion—I wouldn’t get any rewards or offers. She then walked away. The original team member I spoke with remarked that he didn’t understand what answer I expected. It is clear that the manager lacks the qualities of a good leader; her rudeness likely reflects on her staff's behavior. This location had a terrible atmosphere, and the franchise owners should be embarrassed by the staff's attitude. I believe corporate should conduct unannounced visits to observe the poor service and rudeness that customers face. I remained polite throughout, but the employees all seemed disgruntled and unhappy. It’s unfortunate, as I was looking forward to enjoying a burger. I understand the concept of participating restaurants, but the level of rudeness I encountered was unacceptable. Managers should have the authority to make decisions that are in the best interest of the customer—even if they are not in a corporate location. On a positive note, the employees at the nearby Potbelly were friendly, and the food was delicious, which I enjoyed for about $20.

It’s my first time in this airport, so naturally, if i’m hungry, I go look up the food options near me to verify what’s open and what’s not. The wendy’s says it... read more It’s my first time in this airport, so naturally, if i’m hungry, I go look up the food options near me to verify what’s open and what’s not. The wendy’s says it opens at 4:30a.m., so at 4:52a.m. exactly, I go stand in line. I stand there for a few minutes, and the employees seem to be trying to figure something out, that’s understandable. I’m in no real rush, so I wait for a few minutes. A shorter guy with glasses in a dark gray shirt then tells me “we’re not open until 5:30a.m.”. I started off with “I didn’t know tha-“ and before I could even get to saying that the website says 4:30, he just repeats “we don’t open until 5:30”. literally TWO minutes later, I see someone walk up and order (I can see the line from where I was sitting). I approach them again, and this time it was a young lady at the register. she says they open at 4:30, I then ask why did that man (proceeded to point to said man) say 5:30. she doesn’t give me any further explanation than “we weren’t ready”. she said they were ready now, but after that experience, I no longer wanted anything except an honest apology.
