When I contacted them about it, they refused to acknowledge the issue and responded with a very rude attitude. Despite my concerns, they insisted that it was impossible for that to happen. This experience was especially frustrating because it was related to the Lunch Special rice.

I placed a takeout order at noon and waited about 30 minutes to allow them time to prepare my small order, only to discover that they hadn't even started it. To make things worse, it took them an additional 20 minutes just to begin working on my order while I sat there. I made my order at noon and didn't receive it until 2 PM. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would, as that's what they truly deserve.

Although it may not look as flashy as some of the newer spots, the food is genuinely outstanding. I consider it my favorite Szechuan restaurant in Flushing. I'm a big fan of their signature fish and lamb ribs. I was a little taken aback by some of the low ratings, but based on my experience (over 10 visits), I would give the food a strong five stars and the service at least four stars.
