Normally Popeyes always surpasses my expectations and I get exactly what I ordered which is a great filling meal, however this time that didn't happen. I ordered a chicken tender meal and a chicken sandwich meal, the chicken tender coating was extremely hard to bite into and the chicken itself was tough and dry, so it was sitting for a long time.The chicken sandwich was also not up to par either with similar issues being dry and tough chicken, don't know where they got this bird from but it must have been working out something fierce to be that tough, even the soda machine was broken and had no diet options for diabetic customers.Please do better next time.
