It seemed like they were prior... read more I recommend ordering from the kiosk since the line can be quite long, but it took nearly 30 minutes for my order to be processed. It seemed like they were prioritizing the line orders and ignoring the kiosk tickets. Eventually, the manager noticed and helped complete our order. However, when I got home, I found that the food portions were not sufficient—my lo mein was mostly cabbage with very few noodles. I suggest that anyone ordering online or from the kiosk double-check their order, as they may not provide enough food. See the attached picture for reference.

The chicken was cold and not fresh.!I asked for ice for the soda which was warm. Apparently they had no ice! So I paid almost $10.00 for terrible chicken and warm soda.

An employee literally took my food out of my plate to give to a couple that ordered after me and no offer to cook more food as they were closing. Another employee sees the steam coming from my headbecause of this poor customer experience but they never have to worry about getting my business ever again.
