Nai Brother Yanyan Tea - FLUSHING

The wait is really not worth it, I don't understand why they don't have a system in place where there's so many cups lined up with toppings and one person filling in milk tea, milk, and smoothie items which delays the entire operation. The milk tea has no flavor and feels water downed. Definitely not worth its hefty $6 price point for a medium.

A small bubble tea shop that shares its space with a takeout food place. There's not much standing room at all and there was only one staff member to take orders and make the tea so it took some time until 2 more staff came to help. There are a LOT of delivery people shuffling in and out of the small space so if you're waiting for a long time, it might get a little stuffy in there. The peach green tea was quite good! The grapefruit tea (with no sugar) was actually quite sweet. I also noticed that many tea shops use a thicker plastic cup, and this one does too. I guess it's more sturdy but I find it a bit unnecessary for such thick one time use cups. I'd like to come back to try the mango pomelo sago drink!

If you order on the order stand it would not considered a stamp card. The workers say it would not count

Updating review due to my bad experience. I highly recommend no one order through Seamless Grubhub. I ordered for pick up and when I came to pick up my food about 30 mins later, they notified me that they didn 't get my order when in fact they did. They just didn 't check. They didn 't even apologize for their miss....and when the lady finally handed me my order, she just said hello? Like what... Prob cultural difference but the service is gross but I crave their food and drinks often so I guess I 'll keep coming back..

The drinks here aren't really that good. The customer service here isn't really that good either. I ordered the mango green tea. The drink taste super watery couldn't really taste the mango or the tea. It taste more like water. And the bubbles isn't chewy .
