Wh... read more The food was undeniably delicious, but I had some issues with the service. The wait time for our meal was quite long, and our waitress wasn't very attentive. When it came time to settle the bill, she included the tip in the total and charged me for it without discussing it first. The food itself was around $92, and the tip was $15, bringing the total to $105 on my card. Upon receiving the receipt, it showed the total charge of $105, followed by a line for the tip and another line for the grand total with the tip included. I'm confused as to why I was charged the tip already. What was the point of giving me a receipt if I couldn't input my own tip amount? It felt like she was trying to secure an extra tip on top of what was already charged. It's worth noting that this is not a five-star restaurant where you might expect tips to be automatically included. The only places I can think of that do that are those that provide bottle service, and this restaurant certainly isn’t that kind of establishment.
