I thought the prices at this restaurant were surprisingly low. For example, a loaf of raisin bread was only $3. However, I was disappointed when I found two long hairs in one slice when I ate it at home. If the staff doesn't take the necessary precautions, such as wearing hair nets while preparing food, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Peeple here have very bad attitudes. Doesnt know what is customer service at all. There is alot of bakery in Flushing. Please take your business elsewhere.

I frequent here a lot. A lot of the ladies recognize me and know I always order Yin Yang , milk tea combined with coffee. Clearly those ladies aren 't paying attention now, in the past two months they gave me milk tea instead on 3 different occasions. The first time I let it go. But comon, 3 times in such short period of time. The second time I called to complain. They say to bring back for exchange. Seriously after going back home you want me to come out again. I said no. They said they won 't charge me next time. 3rd time I took back for exchange cuz it happened that I planned to go out again. During this pandemic the Yin Yang is considered an indulgence I take once or twice a week because I dont go out as much. Pre pandemic, I buy one everyday. I dont want to go through the ordeal again of getting my replacement/free drink next time just because you messed up a simple drink since it will be probably others serving that doesn 't know about the replacement. It is time to take my business elsewhere. After going home and taken a shower to disinfect I wouldn 't go out again. And I dont want to be labeled as a thief using the replacement drink for free drinks. Dont know what happen that the ladies are so careless now. It is just coffee with tea bag, not a fancy frappuccino. The worst part was there was no apologies, the lady who gave me the wrong drink was ignoring me, no ounce of remorse. The young girl who replace my drink did not apologize either.

Pick and choose your own baked goods. Try the hot buns. But, get a roll cake to go. Can't beat $8.
