However, I was disappointed when I found two lon... read more I thought the prices at this restaurant were surprisingly low. For example, a loaf of raisin bread was only $3. However, I was disappointed when I found two long hairs in one slice when I ate it at home. If the staff doesn't take the necessary precautions, such as wearing hair nets while preparing food, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I was very disappointed and felt deceived, especially since this was the second time it happened. It seems like the baker may have changed. However, I do enjoy their egg custard and almond cookies.

Sure, they're not as good as at some of the Portuguese and Brazilian bakeries up in Toronto and over in Newark and around NJ, but they are still pretty tasty, and extraordinarily cheap, which I appreciate. Better than at the New Flushing Bakery nearby, and well worth stopping in to give them a try.
