However, I've noticed a significant decline in their customer service lately. The last time I called to place an order, I asked if I could pay over the phone, as I wanted to handle the payment instead of the person picking it up. The employee repeatedly yelled “no” and didn’t listen when I said it was fine to proceed with the order and pay at the restaurant. Then, they hung up on me. When I called back, I was put on hold and then disconnected again.

I’ve been visiting this restaurant for the past 24 years, and John is a fantastic person.
