This location is clean and has a great variety of games for thw kids. It?s a wider open space and is not bad for those busy days. There are few nice workers here who are willing to help. The food can take a while to come but besides that, the service isn?t bad. This is my child?s personal favorite location to come to in Queens. View all feedback.

I bring my son here once a week. Sometimes they have a friendly staff and other times the staff are busy socializing with each other in the kitchen, back room, behind the counter or on the floor. When you see them doing this, don't bother trying to get assistance. .
Yesterday, my family and I had a wonderful time at Chuck E. Cheese in Syracuse, NY. We decided to visit on a Wednesday to take advantage of their great food and game deals. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. One of the crew members, Manny, made my child's first experience at Chuck E. Cheese unforgettable with funny dances with Chuck E, awesome games for all ages, and constant laughter and smiles. The atmosphere was clean, safe, and reminded us of a kid-friendly version of Dave and Buster's. Overall, it was a memorable experience.
I have a voucher online for video game tickets at a great price. You had a few games for my 2 years old son. The food was edible, but the next time I'd eat somewhere else.
I really enjoy coming to this children's entertainment place. I love bringing my kids, especially on weekdays when it's less crowded. We can have the place to ourselves. The pizza is delicious and fresh. We got cotton candy for $4 and a huge lollipop for $2. The games are a lot of fun. Buying a game card for $40 is not too expensive and you probably won't use all the credits in one day. My kids enjoy the rides for children. Chuck E Cheese comes out every hour to greet the kids and dance. This visit was extra special because he came to our table, sang happy birthday to my kids, and made the night unforgettable. They let us take pictures and bring in a cake and decorations. I was very happy and thankful for the kind hostess with two-color hair. Bring your kids here, go during the week (Monday-Friday), and get ready to have fun together with your kids. Let's embrace our inner child again!
I have a love Chuck E. Cheese. This place brings back so many memories, and the games are still as funny as ever. It's really cool that they serve alcohol for adults! Games are not so expensive either. No more coins like the good old days, everything is digitally made with cards that you can buy at kiosks.
