Placed a phone order for a special order/custom cake a week in advance, paid over the phone by card as well. Cake was ready for pickup before I needed it and was made exactly the way it was requested to be. Details matter and they didn 't miss a beat! What Lee Riech doesn't like about Carvel:
On a Saturday night, I took my son and his friend to Carvel for some ice cream but was disappointed with the experience. The service was unfriendly with the girl behind the counter being rude to the kids. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming and the employees seemed like they were doing us a favor by serving us. This Carvel is in a great location. The ice cream is fresh. The staff is friendly. They have parking and benches in front of the store, where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream outside. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Always lots of ice cream flavors available, in pre-made pints, cones, and saucers (ice cream sandwiches). The staff is consistently courteous and helpful.
They have the best cakes of any carvel in the neighborhood. I can?t say why that is, but for cakes, go to this one.
I mean..... It's ice cream ???? I love my soft serve with chocolate crunch, ice cream saucers, and everything in there.
