Hands down great service and an array of choices for soft serve. Great service. Love this location.
I hate this store. Makes me fat. Wish I can burn those delicious ice cream immediately after i eat them. I liked the sesame icecream. Will try other next time.
Usually good, but I picked up a cake about 2 weeks ago. Not fresh. Vanilla part tasted off....like freezer burned ice cream. Not something I expect from Carvel...or a close to $30 cake. Things happen, so I called the manager to let him know. He gave me the 3rd degree about the vanilla flavor. He kept telling me they make their cakes fresh, and spoke to me like I was some kind of liar. Finally, he offered, reluctantly, a $5 discount on my next cake purchase. No thank you, I won't chance buying a stale cake for 30 dollars here again, only to be told that it's fresh, and have my guests and I have all agree it is not! I told the manager I didn't want the money, and his distrust and denial was enough to melt my patronage. Here's a pic of cake...btw there are 2 price stamps. Also, the manager stalked me after I said I would make a review. He called me back(saw it was an incoming Carvel call) and didn't leave a message.??
All time favorite place for me and my family.
The staff at this restaurant are fantastic and always make our lunch break quick and easy. Whether it's me or my dad going, we just have to walk in and ask for "The Usual". The girl with the great smile always takes care of us. Great service!
