It's a breaded slice covered in cheese, like a cheese crust, but without the bread. “Wine” is the diminutive of Erwin, the boss and chef and has nothing to do with the word “wine” in English. The owner, Gaby, served us efficiently and quickly with a smile. A good address for sustenance. Enjoy your food !
