I went there several times. There has been one gentleman working the counter and he is off charts with knowledge and courtesy. Also the food was prepared very well. What LPH Homestead dislikes about Taco Bell:
Walked in to place a dine in order. Several guys in the back working drive thru. Looked right at me but no one came to take my order. Stood there for 5 minutes. Mentioned it to an employee who was outside cleaning the sidewalk and he just grunted. Service is never stellar, but I have never been ignored. Typically go there once a week, but no more. I wish I could give 0 stars. Where do I begin, the employees were extremely rude and lied about being closed at 9PM when the doors were open. Followed by misleading me to the drivethru. When I got to the drive thru I was asked for my order and then cut off by the same worker that lied in the past, saying “we are closed not taking orders” very lazy and unprofessional. Food was perfect, service was amazing, even had a woman pray with us. One of the workers came by and gave us some mcnuggets for whatever reason, but I won't complain with free food. We doordashed food tonight. (yes, we resolved it through doordash as we are supposed to, but this restaurant thought it was a good idea to serve the food) 4/6 of the tacos were soggy from being held. Only 2 were actually crunchy. I have gone through the drive through before and ate the food when I got home. There was no reason it should have been this soggy. The dasher picked it up and came here. First time eating breakfast here. The food was good. Then staff was very undriendly. The guy who took my order and gave me my food. I told him thank you at one point. And to have a nice day when I wad getting my food. Neither time did he respond. Seemed rude and unpolite.
