I look forward to Sam's for their fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken and broccoli. I don't know if they have changed the seasoning for their chicken but it wasn't nearly as good, or as saucy. My husband's oysters and onion rings were overcooked to the point where he couldn't eat them. The service was great as always and the blackberry sangria was also quite good. This spot sure knows how to treat their clients. Consistently with a very welcoming approach. The food is affordably priced, regularly delicious and clean.
I got the fish chicken box to go. For the price you can't beat it. I just wish their chicken tenders were still as good as they used to be, not sure if they are still hand breaded or not. I know their mozz. Sticks aren't anymore that is a shame they were the best around...
If comfort food is the goal, Sam's is ok. For those with an even slightly distinguished palate, it's nowhere near the quality for the price of other local restaurants. Service is also hit and miss. Theresa is wonderful! I recommend sticking to the salads and appetizers. Main dishes tend to lack flavor and be overcooked. There's outdoor seating that's very nice. Wide variety of food. Tonight I had the kale salad and it was sooo good with the pomegranate dressing. Our server was very good also. My husband had the chicken fingers and fish special with French onion soup ... all was delicious!

Broccoli cheese soup should be on the menu every single day. The very best you will ever eat. I love it!!! This place is not real flashy but it is clean and the service is great. They have some of the best chicken tenders. The spicy popcorn is amazing as well. I forget sometimes that the food is so good, but everytime I go I eat too much. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable.
I love everything about this place. One of my favorites! If I were to say anything negative it would be that some of the dishes that I order over and over) are a little bit inconsistently prepared, but even with that being said they are usually still very good. The waiters are always very nice.
We had a wonderful time at Sam's today. The fried vegetable appetite and Rolled oyster were delicious. So was the macaroni and cheese, steak and side salad. Tabitha was so friendly, and awesome. We were able to eat outside, AND we had our dog with us, as they are pet friendly. Tabatha brought a bowl of water out for her, and a piece of dog jerky too. It was fabulous! Not our first time there, and it won't be our last either! Delicious! Do yourself a favor and try it....
The food was delicious, but the woman who served us seemed to really dislike her job.
This is an absolute hidden gem!!!!...and now, once we discovered it, we are bringing people from all over to go here!...the best service right from the word go, and it's every single time!....the food is just the best....they even have a patio for outdoor seating in nice weather, a great bar area, and then regular seating for everyone....love, love this place!!!.. fantastic staff, would absolutely give them more stars if possible.....

I dined alone on a Saturday night. This will sometimes put servers off as the tip might be less than if a family ate. My waitress,Tabitha, was perfect: friendly, attentive, and treated me as if I was her only customer. I simply ordered fried cauliflower and a Big Red. The portion was generous and delicious. I think this restaurant has the best fried cauliflower and fried mozzarella that I have ever tasted. I ate quickly to free up her table. Yet I did not feel at all rushed. Well done.
Great, consistent food from seafood, steaks, pasta, appetizers, salads, soups, and yes, popcorn. Good beer, wine, liquor selection. The management and staff are wonderful and friendly. Very loyal and consistent service. Regular stop for a good hot meal!
The food at this restaurant is outstanding! I highly recommend it. Even though we haven't been here in 12 years, we were not disappointed at all. I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
