Villa Appalaccia Winery - Floyd

The owners are very kind and really take their time during your wine tasting. I tasted 8 9 wines for $10, which is reasonable. So yummy, I brought home two bottles and will likely go back before we head back toward Raleigh. They also serve food, and on the weekends pizza from their pizza oven. We went on a Friday so it wasn't up and running.

A must visit! The Italian inspired wines are delicious, the views are incredible and the people are the absolute BEST!

Very nice winery and restaurant, owners were so nice and talkative. The grapes grown for the wine actually originated from Italy! With the summer breeze overlooking Tuscan Italian style architecture, rolling hills, and gardens it was such a beautiful and tranquil place to eat lunch. Oh and the dogs were a plus!
