Sorry to say, but much more effort needs to be put into Satterfield's for the Knobs. Not asking to be a 4 star restaurant, but food and appearances are needed. First clean it up the appearance to give it an ambiance and better look then a car wash. Mentioning to have your car worked on while having breakfast is not good advertisement. Need a good line cook who can cook good food. Keep the menu simple and fresh that is good quality, not an in adequate buffet. Don't try to sell your canned goods until you correct the food and appearance. Finally, learn how to advertise and market the qualities you offer.
