I decided that the food was so homey, warm and delicious that I wondered if the would cater our company Christmas lunch. Well they did and they did not disappoint. I ordered enough food for 20 people and we got enough to feed at least 30 for just a little over $350. Brisket, smoked chicken, pulled pork, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, baked beans, biscuits, green beans, salad and banana pudding. The food alone was not the only attention to detail. The owner Danny was so attentive and text me on a regular basis to make sure we didn't miss anything and to offer up anything he though we may want in addition to our order. All of this attention and I learned that he was in the hospital with PNEUMONIA!! That is dedication to your business people. Don't let the outside of this establishment fool you. The love that lives in this business and the taste of the food is truly noticeable and well worth your time!

We were already sitting there for 15 or 20 minutes when they came to tell us they were out stuff which wasn't a big deal. We said just put whatever you have on it. Well another 30 mins past and my husband went up there and asked about the pizza and the guy said it was going to be another 20 mins. So we offered to pay for the drinks so we could leave. They said we didn't have to. We were the only people there. I feel like they didn't start the pizza yet. I love supporting small businesses but unfortunately I won't be back

Sorry to say, but much more effort needs to be put into Satterfield's for the Knobs. Not asking to be a 4 star restaurant, but food and appearances are needed.... read more Sorry to say, but much more effort needs to be put into Satterfield's for the Knobs. Not asking to be a 4 star restaurant, but food and appearances are needed. First clean it up the appearance to give it an ambiance and better look then a car wash. Mentioning to have your car worked on while having breakfast is not good advertisement. Need a good line cook who can cook good food. Keep the menu simple and fresh that is good quality, not an in adequate buffet. Don't try to sell your canned goods until you correct the food and appearance. Finally, learn how to advertise and market the qualities you offer.
