When a young girl, who appeared to be a teenager, delivered the food, I pointed out the missing fries. She returned to the kitchen and came back with the order ticket, bluntly saying the fries weren’t on it. I explained that it wasn’t my mistake and that I still wanted the fries. She quickly went back to the kitchen, speaking in a rude tone, saying she would let me have the fries this time. This behavior was unprofessional. While the food was good, I won’t be coming back.

At that point, we reminded them of the appetizer we ordered let them know if it wasn't made yet to please just refund us. When we finished our entrees, we went in to get a refund for the appetizer we never received. It had just been sitting on the counter they tried to give it to us cold. We reiterated that we wanted the appetizer refunded. The cashier had to go ask permission to give us our money back. Food was all extremely bland. Wish we'd saved half our gone to Wendy's.
