Shogun Japanese Steak Sushi

I really enjoy dining at Shogun since I absolutely love Japanese cuisine and it's conveniently located near my home. However, I often forget that they don’t clean the shrimp for the shrimp tempura dish or the shrimp tempura roll. Additionally, the hibachi portions are quite small when I order takeout. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly.

It was my first time dining here, and my friend had been searching for this place after trying it in Gastonia, NC. I decided to try the salmon, which was absolutely amazing, especially with the yamsauce—oh my gosh! I was not disappointed at all. As a food critic, I have high standards, and I have no complaints! We will definitely be returning!

For the price of the file not mignon there was not much meat. The steak was boiled and the chicken. We were spit in food. The steak reminded me of cunning steak, with which it was finished and chewing. The soup was just a simple broth. There was nothing in there, but a soggy onion. We're not going back. That was an order. It may be better if you eat there, but the take-out warns very impressive, as it costs 55 dollars for two meals.

It is always a pleasure when you get chef Simpson to serve you. While I like all of the chefs cooking styles, Simpson is always so good at making sure you get the exact experience you want. The food portions match the prices excellently, and all the waitresses are always sweet- no matter what your background or wealth look is, which is rare for a more ?nice? restaurant. Absolutely love this place.

We always choose this restaurant for our gatherings. Whether it's a laid-back weekend dinner or a special birthday celebration, we love dining here. The service is outstanding, and the food is incredibly tasty. Everyone on the staff is great, but Simpson truly stands out. He makes sure our kids have a fantastic time while cooking!
