Many patrons appreciate the friendly staff and efficient service, even during busy hours. However, frequent issues like missing items in takeout orders and unsatisfactory food preparation have been reported. Some customers faced unhelpful responses from management regarding refunds, leading to disappointment. Despite obstacles, including challenging access and ongoing renovations, loyal customers continue to champion the restaurant for its overall approach to service, hoping for improvements in food quality amidst its popularity in the community.
I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but I have had multiple instances where items were missing from my takeout order. When I asked for a replacement sandwich that had been left out of my bag the previous day, they declined and instructed me to request a refund through the app. This process is quite inconvenient and has happened frequently.
I dined in at the restaurant. Overall, my visit was pleasant, but it took a while to get drink refills despite there being 10 employees behind the counter and no one in line ordering. At the time, 9 out of the 10 employees were just talking and not doing anything. The food was warm and served quickly as expected.
The drive-thru is crazy (not necessarily their fault, all Chick Fil A drive-thrus are crazy). Our order was wrong, but hey, it's Chick Fil A so even when they mess up, the food is still good.
These folks are so awesome on morning shift. The ladies know me by first name ??. I don't go daily, but enough to start my morning. Just an amazing store for sure!! The breakfast is so fresh and tasty.
They must have new rules after the reopened. I ordered two meals and asked for two sauces per meal. The gentlemen taking my order stated it was too much sauces and I couldn?t get them. I asked how it was too much if it?s two sauces per entree I?mpurchasing and he stated not all the entrees get two sauces (8 nuggets and 1 sandwich). This is the only Chick-fil-A thatrefuses to give two sauces per entree. If I?m spending $15+ on two meals I should be able to get two sauces per meal. I left theline and I will not be back. If it?s that big of a deal add 50 cents to my order.
