It's rare to find a place where the food simply cannot be improved upon. It's even rarer to find a place where the cook genuinely enjoys the company of their patrons. Jay truly enhanced the experience with his kind and fun personality. It's clear that everyone at Cuzzy Bubbaz is like family. Plus, the music is great! If I ever return to Wheeling, Jay, I'll make sure to cook for you! Thank you again!
