Smashburger - Florham Park

I hadn't been to Smashburger in a while, so I was surprised when I saw the new menu. I see the main changes are they now have combo deals and the create your own burger now has cheaper options if you pick a size smaller than the "big" burger. Anyway, on a trip to Western NJ, I'd normally stop at either the Parsippany or Morris Plains Smashburger but traffic was so bad on Northbound I-287 that I decided to try the Florham Park Smashburger instead. This location is similar to the others. You order and pay at the counter and then they bring the food to the table. I thought counter service was okay and the food was delivered reasonably quickly. Also, I noticed they actually cleaned the tables at this location, unlike some other Smashburger locations where all the tables were greasy. The burger I ordered turned out decently, although the smashfries were lacking in rosemary oil.

Fixed! I have to agree that the burgers and pommes at the first opening were narrow, which were long lines and which were very special. but that was only because there were new cash every fifteen minutes, I went there two Saturdays. I must say from this experience that all necessary corrections have been made. the new manager is creepy (the brown one). he entertained us when we waited for our order, dinner and a show. the food was great and that was not so long. the only thing they need to work on is that the cashiers say hello, I can take their order instead of just staring at them. but again she was new and sweet as soon as she started...read more

The line was annoying long and the service was terrible. the cash has made my order completely wrong several times. I would have gone right away if I hadn't spent a few minutes finding the place. Five young people are better. smash was a HUGE flag.
