I have paid for extra chili multiple times but it is often forgotten and not mentioned.

I arrived at 10:25 am wanting to dine in, but was informed after waiting for 13 minutes that breakfast was no longer being served. The staff intentionally ignored us and were incredibly rude, claiming they were short-staffed even though there were four employees behind the counter. No one acknowledged the four of us waiting for service. This level of customer service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I urge others to avoid this location as the staff clearly do not care about their customers. I have contacted corporate about this experience and expect to be compensated.
