He then put his plas... read more Just walked in there and it appeared to be the owner (no apron) smoking a cigarette and it blew into my face as I followed him in the door. He then put his plastic gloves on without washing his hands. Then in the middle of making my sandwich his phone rang and he answered it with his plastic gloves on and put those germs from his phone into my sandwich. I actually paid for the sandwich because I was too embarrassed to say anything. Then I threw it in the garbage. Dirty, nasty, disgusting Subway. I will never eat there again. I just filed a complaint with the health department.

I put an order for a curbside order and the rep there was very hostile. She came out and hollered that “I need to come inside to get the food” because she was the only one there. I understand that things like that can happen but there is no reason to take that out on me. Had she just explained the situation I would have came in no issue but treating your customers like that. Guaranteed that I will not be coming back.

All the drinks were in the wrong place. The customer service was terrible. When I got home, the lettuce and cookies did not taste fresh. Overall, I do not recommend coming to this Subway. Very disappointed.

The employee or owner (I'm not sure which) who waited on me was rude with a nasty attitude and refused to make my sandwich the way I requested. I suggest avoiding this place. Take my word for it.
