I paid for my meal and was filling my drink. I wanted Coke, but when I tried it, it wasn't Coke. Then I tried Sprite, but that also wasn't Sprite. All the drinks were in the wrong place. The customer service was terrible. When I got home, the lettuce and cookies did not taste fresh. Overall, I do not recommend coming to this Subway. Very disappointed.
The dine-in area was dirty and unpleasant. The employee or owner (I'm not sure which) who waited on me was rude with a nasty attitude and refused to make my sandwich the way I requested. I suggest avoiding this place. Take my word for it.
I arrived at 9:10, and the sign indicated that they opened at 9, but nothing was prepared. The lady asked me to wait just a minute, but she took about five minutes to set everything up and didn’t actually start making my sandwich until around 9:18. There were no apologies for the delay or anything.
Great subway experience! The service was friendly, and I really appreciate this person. I love it!
