Sopranos - Florence
Sopranos
Description
Tony Soprano’s offers comforting, homestyle Italian fare and a friendly, family-style atmosphere that keeps regulars returning. Yet the experience is inconsistent: highs of delicious food and welcoming staff contrast with long, unreliable delivery times, frequent order errors, burned or stale items, and occasional rude or unprofessional service. Patrons should expect a warm neighborhood spot with hit-or-miss execution — great when it’s right, frustrating when it isn’t.

The food has become dry and left me feeling unwell since the new owners took over. The quality has really declined; I wish the original owners would come back.
I ordered a pizza and chicken tenders, and we live less than a mile away, but it took an unbelievable two hours for the food to arrive.
I initially really loved this place and frequently ordered from there. However, one morning I got a pork roll sandwich that was inedible! It appeared old and as if it had been sitting out for a day. I couldn't believe it, and ended up throwing it in the trash. Also, what's up with their delivery times? They’re less than 10 minutes away, but it often takes over an hour for my food to arrive. I’ve been in the restaurant, and they don’t seem that busy.
I absolutely love Tony Soprano’s! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a real family atmosphere. I always feel right at home there. Plus, the food is absolutely delicious!
I ordered a chicken salad from this restaurant, and the lettuce was wilted while the chicken was absolutely unappetizing! Unfortunately, I ended up getting food poisoning from it and have never gone back since. Additionally, the service was disappointing—I called ahead but still had to wait 20 minutes for my meal.
