Came in to get out of the cold and wait on a ride to work. Seems like a fun little hole in the wall.Smoking is permitted inside.
My friend and I had a nice time here. The service was good and we were able to sit outside. That was our first time there and we will be going back.
Chelsea is so damn awesome and gorgeous!! Bar doesn't offer food nor bar snacks. Does allow smoking/vaping and lottery games.
