Fantastic customer service and incredibly delicious food at a great price!
The staff seemed disorganized, the food was overcooked, and the tables were not cleaned. I don't think I'll be returning.
I had the mushroom burger, and I have to say it was the best burger I've ever had! The chef was incredible—if I could give him 10 stars, I definitely would. This has become my favorite dish. Our waitress was also exceptional. Thank you for the best dining experience in Florence!
This store has the worst customer service ever everyone looked like they had a attitude I was never acknowledged Picking up a doordash order after about 10 minutes a Hispanic younger woman finally acknowledged me she was so kind, accurate , fast
We decided to give it another try today, February 6, 2024. Everything was absolutely perfect. The inside and outside are spruced up and spotlessly clean. That old hopeless carpet has been replaced. We were seated as soon as we got in the door. The waitress was very prompt and kept checking on us. Everyone working there was genuinely nice! The food was great. The salad bar was full of fresh food. The ribs were cooked so well that they fell off the bone! Everyone in the place had a great attitude and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. It's like we visited a different place. No doubt about it, we'll be back! We visited on may 10, 2023 at about 6 pm. The place was a mess. We had to wait longer than we should have to be acknowledged, much less seated, but the waitress was quick to get us drinks, promptly took our orders, and kept the drinks fresh. However, we both noted how worn and dirty the carpet looked. (The exterior of the building is worn and uninviting, but we are familiar with the franchise and went there anyway. My wife had to look in several stalls in the dirty bathroom to find toilet paper. We both ordered the salad bar and chose an appetizer to split. It was only chips and queso cheese, mozzarella sticks and chicken. There were onions on the salad bar that had an overpowering smell. The cucumber was showing its age. There were two sliced beets on one platter. The whole salad bar looked beaten down but we found enough acceptable salad to eat and did so. The croutons tasted like they came out of a box. After an hour and 10 minutes of waiting for the simple small appetizer, we canceled our order, paid for what we got and left. Most of this time, the waitress was MIA. But she was really nice and immediately removed the food we didn't get from our bill. Another patron had 4 plastic containers filled with food but they would not give him a bag. The lids were ill-fitted. When he put some of the plates aside to get control of the others, someone took his remaining plates and put them elsewhere. The people sitting in front of us pointed out that they ordered ribeye but got sirloin. They said it looked and tasted like sirloin. The cook sent word that the steaks looked like sirloin but were ribeye. Maybe things are better at lunch, but I practice intermittent fasting and our evening hour is my only meal of the day. Except for our brief time with the waitress, the entire experience was a fluster cuck. We'll go back to the other location by I-95 but we don't ever plan returning to the American Drive location.

I always have issues with my order at the location on Pamplico Highway. I ordered last night and it was incorrect. Now I'm stuck with food I didn't even order.

I ordered food online today, December 6, 2023. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff claimed they had no knowledge of my order and hadn't received any requests. I then showed them the proof of my order...

Great place to hang out and food is on point.
We ate in last night and had the Valentine's special. It was a great deal. Food was delicious and fresh. Salad bar off tha chain. We were served by Susan, she was extremely pleasant as always. I recommend requesting her if possible and definitely recommend this eatery.
We haven't come here in awhile but what a treat it was! Service and food was quick and on point. Compliments to the chef! Our waiter Sue thoroughly described menu items which helped because alot changed since the last time we came around. Very happy with our experience and will continue coming!!!!!!

The salad bar is an extra charge but well worth it at this location! The bar was super clean and organized! The workers were polite and handled everything so well. One person in my party ordered a steak well done , when they received it the steak was done but bleeding and our waitress was happy to fix it for us. I ordered the dry rub ribs and chicken tenders and both were good. The experience overall was enjoyable and all the food was fresh and tasty!

Took my brother and wife here to celebrate selling our home. We were served by a young lady who introduced herself as Sue. She was very sweet and professional. Stayed on top of all of our needs and helped us decide on what to get and luckily she suggested some really good items. The food was VERY GOOD! The salad bar had tons of options and all very fresh. The atmosphere was laid back and welcoming. We haven't been here in years but will definitely be making it a regular visit from now on. Definitely recommend
The food was great! There was a new salad on the salad bar that was unusual but tasty. Watermelon, cucumber, onion salad! Don’t knock it before you try it. Sharon, our waitress was excellent also. Will definitely be going back.
Their new Patdon My Cheesesteak is absolutely awesome I love the cheesesteak sandwich and the loaded fries. The employee are some of the sweetest people to talk to. I sat at the bar tonight and waited on my Togo order tonight and had time to hang out with 4 of the employees there and they are some of the sweetest people to talk to and hang out with. The atmosphere was exciting and really happy we all laughed and had a great time!!!
Latavia was a phenomenal server and the food was fantastic. Definitely recommend and will call it one of the hidden gems still in Florence.
