Description
**The Fluctuating Experience at Quincy’s Steak Spirits**
Quincy’s Steak Spirits presents a tale of culinary brilliance overshadowed by inconsistent service. While many patrons rave about the exceptional steaks and inviting atmosphere, a troubling number of reviews highlight significant disappointments. Reports of cold sides, rude waitstaff, and mishandled orders set a stark contrast to the restaurant’s praised cuisine. Although loyal customers celebrate the venue's high-quality meals and improved dining areas, the emerging pattern of service complaints raises important concerns. Diners suggest opting for takeout to relish the food without the frustration of poor service, showcasing the restaurant's dual identity in the dining scene.

Meal Type: Dinner Price per Person: $20–30 Food Rating: 4/5 Service Rating: 5/5 Atmosphere Rating: 5/5 Recommended Dish: Prime Rib Dinner I recently dined at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience! The dinner menu offered great value for the price, typically ranging from $20 to $30 per person. The food was quite impressive, earning a solid rating of 4 out of 5. However, it was the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere that truly stood out. The staff was attentive and friendly, giving the service a perfect score of 5. The ambiance of the place was warm and welcoming, making it a delightful setting for a meal, which also deserves a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Prime Rib Dinner—it was a highlight of my visit!
Everything was absolutely delicious and offered at an excellent value! The lemon cake was absolutely amazing!
I was there pre covid, and still love the place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The worst dining experience we 've ever had. We waited 20 minutes to even be greeted at our table for waters/cocktails. We then waited an hour for our food. One filet mignon was completely under cooked. The baked potatoes were ALL hard in the center and undercooked. When we stopped the server to ask about our dinner as we had patiently waited for an hour, the waitress was very rude and said, Quote: It 's coming, you have many people in front of you, . Basically reprimanding us for politely asking about how much longer our order would take. This was our first time a Quincy 's. We are big spenders and big tippers. It was the most horrible experience and waste of over a $150 meal. We will never return and will never bring the numerous guests that we have come to Colorado from all over the world to Quincy 's. Do better Quincy 's. I suggest if you are planning to eat here please read what the bad reviews have to say. Not just the good reviews. Those can be family and friends. If you read the bad reviews, they are all the same. The same issues the same bad service.
