Panda Express - Florence

Panda Express is my favorite place to eat, and I’m willing to drive 20 minutes just to get my food. However, this location consistently fails to have my order ready within the promised 20 minutes, no matter how far in advance I order. Sometimes, they don't even start preparing my order until it's 40 minutes old, and I have to remind them about it. The online orders are particularly troublesome! The staff is very friendly, but I can never expect to be in and out in less than 20 to 30 minutes when picking up my online orders.

The hours listed are incorrect. The restaurant doesn't open at around 10:30 as stated; we arrived at about 10:45 and found the doors locked. When we called, we were informed that they actually open at 11. This information definitely needs to be updated.

I recently attempted to order from Panda Express, but unfortunately, they were out of chicken teriyaki. I was told that if they had it, I would need to order something else instead, as they typically only serve teriyaki. This issue remains unresolved. I've been increasingly dissatisfied, especially with their customer service. Just now, when I called to inquire, the representative was unhelpful and insisted that the dish was available, despite it being clear that it wasn't. Then she abruptly hung up on me. They've lost my business, and it's disappointing because I used to order from them four times a week, spending about $30 per meal.

Came here at 845 a.m. on a Saturday and they packed all of us and did not want to make us fried rice for our meal because they were just before the closure. we could have just waited for the rice, but not only that, on Saturday they close at 930, so it would have been a lot of time. the type was also quite rude when he said that there is no rice, we wanted to make sure that we heard correctly and said that there is no fried rice?

So unfortunately I don't have pictures of my food but I got the noodles shrimp it was awesome quick service and super friendly employee's. As always my go to for something great and quick!
