We had no trouble getting a table, but the service was a bit slow since our waitress had too many tables to handle. We didn’t receive our rolls until our appetizers arrived, as they had been baked and then the waitress attended to her other tables. However, Jessica was still fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly. I did have to send the Steakhouse Nachos back because they were cold when they arrived. Thankf... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about O'charley's Restaurant Bar:
I used to live in the area, but I've moved out of state now. I specifically planned a visit on a weekday to enjoy the loaded potato soup and salad, as I used to love the soup here. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The potato soup only had about four chunks of potato, was overly watery, and way too salty. The bacon bits looked like they were from a jar instead of the fresh bacon pieces I remembered. I’m givi... View all feedback.
The young man who sat me was great. He did a good job and was very polite...I ordered the fish and chips. It was perhaps the worst I ever had. Over bread and over boiled. I gave the server a good tip that was great. I don't see a reason to go back except the good service.
Hubby and I visited for lunch, we sat in a booth in the Bar area. We had a great time chatting with the bartender (our waitress), very nice and had great suggestions. Hubby got a Sirloin that was cooked a PERFECT med/rare+. My chef's salad was filled with fresh produce and the suggested dressing was amazing.
It's a more upper class place table served employees are great. Prices are in my budget but we never been there and just had to try I order the rib eye steak 27 bucks and wasn't happy with it what so ever size was ok but it was nothing but fat, dry I mean it just wasn't worth 30 bucks. My husbands top brown/new York strip and it was great.. baby back ribs are awesome I would go back... prolly for burgers though. Restrooms smelt so amazing felt clean.
O?charleys manages a diabolical ghost kitchen filed as the trademark name of Underground Chucks. Your food is delivered by private parties(we used door dash) and tracing its origin requires investigation. We ordered 6 burgers that cost over one hundred dollars. Interestingly enough- some ghost kitchens sub the cooked food out- but O?charleys has the food processed for Underground Chucks at their Florence, Ky location and then trains their staff and management to deny any association to the said menu most likely because of embarrassment over the quality of this refuse. Shame on you. Behold- The Bayou Burger!!! A burger with seasoned tater tots, Cajun seasonings with Cajun mayo with cheese sauce. The Matterhorn, Swiss cheese, Smokey bacon, sautéed mushrooms, fried onion tanglers.
Obviously they are doing something right but after 2 visits in the past 2 weeks, it's just OK. Service is subpar and the quality of the food is iffy. Hard to eat healthy here!
