The staff at this restaurant seem to have no understanding of basic orders—there's a clear difference between a single and a double. It's truly disappointing to see such a lack of competence from everyone, from the management to the fry cook. The overall experience was terrible. The fact that they went out of their way to accommodate us made a world of difference. It’s rare to encounter such kindness, and it really stood out amidst all the negative reviews that often circulate. I cannot express how much I appreciate their willingness to help, and because of this experience, I will definitely be a loyal customer for a long time. Thank you for the wonderful service!
It's definitely a mixed bag, but today I had a fantastic experience. The service was quick, the staff was very courteous, and my order was accurate. Great job!
I went through the drive-thru and was pleased with the food. The dessert, a blueberry crème pie, was even better! However, the standout aspect of my visit was the service. It was exceptional, and that's what will make me return to this particular McDonald's location.
Throughout this unfortunate experience, nobody in my party acted rudely or used sarcasm. The manager seemed completely unprepared and lacked the basic understanding of her job, which is to serve customers. Instead of setting a positive example for her staff, she enabled a negative experience for us. Word of mouth is a powerful tool, and this will definitely discourage others from visiting. We will never return to this location, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For a better experience, I suggest going to 7Points; they truly are amazing!
The restaurant doesn't offer dine-in service and has two drive-thru lanes. However, it doesn't provide side recordings for the second lane either.
