Terrible service... we arrived at 9:00 pm and they closed at 11:00 pm and they were already cleaning everything and not even the employees said good night to us. They didn't want to serve us either, they told us that we had to order and go out to eat, we went to another place, they lost some good customers Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I ordered a 3-piece meal but only received half of a wing and drumstick. I called the restaurant and they said they would fix it if I came back within a week. I have no intention of returning after that experience. I do not recommend this restaurant. There are plenty of other chicken places nearby.
The chicken was SO greasy that we couldn't eat it. The large portion size isn't even full, it's like getting a small portion inside of a large container. Even the large french fries we ordered was half empty. The pieces of chicken seem a lot smallerthan what they used to be and the price has gotten higher. I don't think I'll be eating KFC anymore.
I placed my order through the app about 5:40pm tonight and then proceed to the drive thru when my order was ready at 5:50pm. I was rudely informed by the drive thru worker that I had to come inside to pick it up. This seems really inconvenient and I won’t be using the app to order again because of this. When I walked in the door, there were 2 customers who had already placed orders waiting for their food, and 2 employees behind the counter working out an employee purchase. No one greeted me, or spoke to me at all actually. As soon as the employees were done, they walked away from the register, one of them towards the back and the other to the drive thru to continue taking orders. My order was placed in the behind the counter pick up order area about 2 minutes after I walked in the door. I continued to stand there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come back up to the counter. When a very nice line cook handed the last of the 2 customers his order, I approached him and asked if my order was in the pick up area. He quickly handed me my order while the rude drive thru lady shouted from across the room “Is that for Ashley??” as I walked out the door. Very poor customer service as well as very poor quality of food. Our chicken looked like it had been kicked under the fryer and then fried in old oil. It tasted like it too and was dripping with grease. I am very disappointed I choose to spend my money here. I will be going elsewhere the next time I want fried chicken.
