Wow! What a great memory relived. This is our first experience in the new location great spot. It was busy so we opted for al fresco. With the outdoor seating covered and on the east side of the building, we were protected from the summer sun and enjoyed the breeze through. Just got a sandwich and potato pancake to go for lunch. I got the potato pancake out in the car to eat on the way home. Took one bite and through it out the window. I think it was microwaved to chewy luke warmness. Got home took one bite of my sandwich and tossed it into the trash. I stopped at this spot and I'm so glad that I did!!! The Reuben sandwich was flavorful and just right. The service was amazing!!!! I just love the hospitality in Kentucky.
We got takeout, but it was so good. We loved the latkes. They were so crisp and crunchy. Would definitely go there again when we are in town.
Overall, everything tasted fantastic, but our sandwiches were missing lettuce, and the potato cakes were a bit tough.

I just have to say that my experience at Izzy's completely blew me away. The service was exceptional, surpassing that of other restaurants, and the food was both delicious and expertly prepared. The atmosphere was incredibly clean and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. I truly felt at home during my visit. I will definitely be returning!
