The staff is always very friendly, and they go above and beyond to take care of... read more Ito is a favorite for my whole family and we have come in often over the years! The staff is always very friendly, and they go above and beyond to take care of all their customers. Some of my family members have very special food allergy handling needs. This has never been an issue, and we know how it can be a strain on some smaller restaurants. We are all grateful for the effort, and always happy with our fantastic meals. This time around we decided to take our mom out for mother's day, and came in as a group of 6. That's a challenge to begin with, and we tend to have some complicated orders sometimes... A huge shout-out to Cami, she was amazing taking care of some very specific individual needs. All of our food came in a very timely fashion, and what felt like a personal touch with superb professionalism. Ito is lucky to have her! The entire kitchen staff went above and beyond; food there has always been good, great even, but it just seemed a notch above lastnight. Thank you to everyone who made Mother's day extra special for our mom. We will look forward to our next visit, and always highly recommend visitors stop in to try out the excellent menu selection and wonderful service. We appreciate you all
