I didn’t get a positive vibe from the host who seated us and handled our bill. The service left much to be desired as well; our server seemed rushed and didn't communicate effectively with us. The coffee portion for the two of us was quite small, and no one bothered to ask if we wanted more. Overall, communication was lacking, with just a brief comment during passing and then the check. Although our favorite First Watch isn’t as convenient, it’s definitely worth driving an extra 10 to 15 minutes for a better experience.

I have always enjoyed the First Watch at Crestview Hills and typically visit there, but this location is more convenient for us, so we decided to stop by for br... read more I have always enjoyed the First Watch at Crestview Hills and typically visit there, but this location is more convenient for us, so we decided to stop by for breakfast on a Monday. It wasn't overcrowded, but it was busier than we expected. They are following COVID-19 guidelines, with tables spaced appropriately. The coffee was excellent, as always, and the changes due to COVID-19 were not very noticeable. The food was delicious, but I found the omelets a bit smaller and with fewer ingredients than I anticipated. Everything else was fantastic, and the service was outstanding!
