I had an encounter with Frankie and it was HORRIBLE she should not be working in customer service because her attitude is unbelievably rude ! she made my whole day horrible I was in line earlier today and she made me feel like I was less of a human if she didn’t wanna clock in SHE SHOJLD STAY AT HOME

Also the shift manger Frankie needs to fix her attitude when talking to customers and she calls herself a manger talking like that very unprofessional if you ask me!

I SENT MY DAUGHTER RACHEL UP THERE FOR MY ORDER AND SHE OVERHEARD FRANKIE (THE SHIFT MANAGER) ALONG WITH ALL OF THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS TALKING TRASH ABOUT HER SAYING WE 'LL REMAKE IT JUST TO MAKE HER FEEL BETTER FRANKIE SAID THAT ALL OF THE OTHER MANAGERS WERE GONE ON A TRIP AND THEY WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEK SO SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE I COULD TALK TO WHEN I CALLED. SHE TOLD ME THAT MY CHILD HAD NO REASON TO COME HOME CRYING FOR WHAT THEY SAID. SHE WAS VERY RUDE TALKING OVER ME WHEN I WAS EXPRESSING MY FRUSTRATION ABOUT MY DAUGHTER CRYING FROM WHAT SHE OVERHEARD THEM SAYING. I ASKED FOR A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CORPORATE AND SHE SAID YOU CAN CALL THIS NUMBER AND I WOULD HAVE TO GO ONLINE TO FIND A NUMBER TO HEAD QUARTERS SHE ALSO SAID WELL I AINT ABOUT TO ARGUE WITH YOU CAUSE YOUR DAUGHTER HAD NO REASON TO CRY I WILL NEVER SEND MY CHILD TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I WILL ALSO NOT BE BACK OR SENDING ANYBODY ELSE THERE! DUNKIN DONUTS ON LUCAS STREET IS THE WORST LOCATION IN FLORENCE! AND I SURE WOULDNT ADVISE ANYONE TO SPEAK TO FRANKIE THE SHIFT MANAGER!

This is a very unprofessional shift leader and should be dealt with accordingly because she’s got the worst attitude. TRUST AND BELIEVE that this woman got an attitude with Rachel’s mom when she tried to call about the issue. Fix that RBF queen?
