My coworkers and I were very excited to have found Vinny Gs bagel shop so close to our job at amazon Florence. My coworker who has been there many of times and brought at least 15 other co workers told us about it. We usually order with no problem but today when I called, my order was taken for 9 bagels 2 of the steak egg and cheese . The order was picked up by another co worker and we realize the steak was missing from two of the steaks. There was no issue with that one of my nicest coworkers went over and explained the situation. When some very rude woman met her with charging for another set of bagels she realizes and tells them we already paid she says that's not how it works now I would of understood if it was an error on our end but I myself said the order and my co worker who picked up SHOWED the rude woman in front the list. My co worker left the wrong made bagels on the counter not creating the confrontation the two women from the back were clearly looking for. I cant help to think this was a level of discrimination seeing that everyone involved was a person of color.

After a year and a half of this place this is what I have gone through… this is what reviews are for , to explain everything. Mostly the bagels are great. Most of the time our orders are wrong and my husband has to go back after dropping off our breakfast at home, pick up our wrong order, recall have it remade , then have to drive back and give us the bagel w/ cream cheese and not greasy butter that strained my couch pretty good because it leaked through the packaging. Then my husband is late to work all the time because it’s worth risking to have a good bagel from around the corner. (If it’s made right)Also sometimes I get up really early on my days off and wait for my husband to get up to order, and then there’s a recorded message saying that they’re already sold out for the day and they’re closed already at 8am !? Are you serious no warning signs for people that this could happen, people depend on this place and honestly if they cannot produce enough bagels for people, or allow one party to buy the whole shop out, this place should not be open to the public, it should only be sold in our local convenience stores since these are first come first serve business owners.They also have a side window that they could use for fast pickup orders or mobile orders for people that call in previous from people that like to walk in and stand in line and waste other people’s time for pickup orders. They do not hire enough workers inside and the girls are always stressed out which is why they can’t work properly, this town relies on this place too much, and it’s honestly sad that I choose to not go in anymore.
I’ve ordered from here before, even yesterday and everything was great. Idk what happened today. My coworker called in an order of 9 bagel sandwiches. Two of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. I was not offered a refund, but I was offered to buy two sandwiches to replace the ones which were made wrong. I’ve never in my life heard of something like this. And to the 2 cashiers up front, you both should learn customer service and how to be polite to people. I will not be returning and my coworkers know about this as well. The way we were treated today was unacceptable and none of us will be returning. And I will be spreading the wrong about this business!
So yesterday I was out walking my dog. I've lived in this town almost 5 years. I buy bagels at this place all the time I went in there to buy a bagel. I had my little dog of 4 lb walking. We were going to get bagels and sit by the river I walk in. The girl is very nasty to me. Tell me there's no dogs allowed in here so I said okay. I'll put him outside then. I walk in and ask her pleaseI have to use the bathroom. She told me these bathrooms are for employees only. I told her forget about my order that she was very nasty and Vinny would not appreciate the way she talked to me I'm sorry I have to give this bad review about a neighborhood place but that girl should not be working there. She should be fired

Bagels are amazing! the personal is so nice
We walked into town this morning to grab some doggie bagels from Vinnie G’s for the first time and they were a a huge hit when we got them home! Great addition to the menu, our girls loved them and we’ll definitely be back for more!
A hidden gem over the post office of florenz. breakfast, lunch a lot. delicious! we'll be back soon.
It was Mother’s Day, with Covid still occurring and I called earlier in the week to inquire about a catering order for 12 people! If it happened, it happened if not, I would move forward and find another option!
